The Challenge
A commercial property owner near St. Paul needed 5 acres of dense oak and elm brush cleared for an expansion phase, without tearing up the topsoil with excavators.
Our Process
We deployed our heavy-duty mulcher. By grinding all vegetation down to ground level and leaving a stable mulch bed, we cleared all target areas without turning the site into a mud pit.
The Result
Cleared the acreage ahead of schedule. The site remained stable for surveying and construction equipment, completely eliminating the need for burn piles or expensive hauling fees.
