The Challenge
Homeowner's woodlot was overrun with glossy buckthorn, completely blocking sightlines between the house and a backyard pond.
Our Process
Selectively mulched the buckthorn undergrowth up to the water edge, taking care to preserve native red maples and ferns.
The Result
Cleaned up the property and restored the scenic view of the pond. Ground mulch bed protected the pond shoreline from muddy runoff.
